Please make sure all of your family members have their valid personal identification ready before the moving date arrives.

You must be present when your items clear customs in Canada. Your move coordinator will make arrangements for you at the customs office closest to your delivery site. If you are not present at this time your belongings will be "held in bond" and cause a hitch in our overall moving scheme. This is a straightforward process which only requires you to be present.
