Tony Let me begin my saying what a pleasure it was to work with George and his staff today. They arrived on time this morning and went right to work. We ran into a few snags as unfortunately Buffalo had not labeled the furniture for us. But George took command with his paperwork and sorted everything by numbers and they got the job done. We also ran into a few snags on the second drop off, as the server rack would not go into its intended destination. George was patient and worked with us on a solution for an alternative placement. Hi Bob. I wanted to share this customer’s feedback regarding his delivery by Spencer Kyle. Delivery went like clock work. Spencer and his crew were amazing and did a great job. They were hard working in the unbearable heat of 115 degrees. They were extremely helpful, polite and had a positive attitude throughout the entire delivery. Spencer also kept him informed regarding when he would be able to delivery. Definitely would recommend Spencer. Thank you Gerri Wilkerson |

May 20, 2010 Dear Tom, Now that we are settled I wanted to take the time to thank you and tell yoou that your crew at Cook's United Van Lines made our moving a pleasure. From the very beginning Rus, Marty, Chris, and Angie were a delight. They came in assessed what needed to be done, explained their procedures, and then got to work emptying 3 floors. They took great care with all of out things, shrink wrapping couches chairs, and padding wooden pieces so they wouldn't get damaged. They hustled the entire time. They worked wonderfully as a team and constantly joked with one another making the whole process entertaining as well as efficent. I was amazed at the way they set up an inside & outside crew at the new house, protected our hard wood floors and even bumper guarded the entry. They never stopped moving. After 11 1/2 hours we were in. I would give this group my higest accolades. They were truly exceptional. Thank You again for such excellent servivce Sincerly Susan H. |

4-28-2010 In response to an email request for recommendations for movers one of our clients responded as written below Patrica, I would highly recommned Cook Moving, 1845 Dale Road, Buffalo, New York, 14225. They did an excellent job for us last summer and will be working with us again this summer. We are expecting then at 4:00 today to move our business offices. We are boxed, tagged, and ready to go. The best this about them is when they tell you a time that they will be here and start - they are true to their word let me know if you want contact name and I can get that too. Barb |
